Appleton Estate Signature Blend is made from aged copper pot-still rums, carefully selected from aged rum reserves aged to perfection over decades. The blend is crafted by the Port of Spain Distillery and aged further in small oak barrels. To bring out its seductive smoothness and complexity, Signature Blend includes a variety of rums from up to 11 different distilleries, each bringing their own unique character to the mix.
The resulting Signature Blend showcases a delicate harmony of flavor notes and aromas, featuring nutmeg, brown sugar, delicate fruit and vanilla undertones. With no added sweeteners, the rum has an intoxicatingly sweet, almost honey-like, finish that leaves a soothing warmth on the palate.
