BALBLAIR 12YO Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a classic expression of the Balblair distillery located in northern Scotland. It is crafted from carefully selected Highland malt whiskies, which have been aged in ex-bourbon and Spanish oak casks for a minimum of 12 years. This gives the whisky an intense bouquet of floral and fruity aromas, with notes of honey, ripe orchard fruits, and malt. On the palate, BALBLAIR 12YO is light, fresh, and sweet, with flavors of toffee, dried fruits, and wispy smoke. The finish is long, spicy, and slightly oaky, with a hint of dried fruits lingering on the tongue. BALBLAIR 12YO is best served neat or on the rocks. It is an excellent single malt whisky for sipping or pairing with a variety of foods, from cheeses and fruits to bold and hearty meats.
