Barrellling Tide 5 Fathom Rum is a unique and high quality rum distilled exclusively in St. Kitts and Nevis. It is made with aged white rums distilled from sugar cane molasses, as well as specially-selected aged pot still rums from a family-owned distillery in St. Kitts. This handcrafted rum is aged in used American Bourbon and American Sherry barrels and is known for its smooth and complex flavor profile. The rum is a medium amber color and has fruity aromas such as apple, dried apricot, and guava, as well as vanilla, coconut, and toffee notes. On the palate, the deep, rich flavors of coconut, vanilla, nutmeg, and gingerbread are balanced by hints of citrus peel, banana, and sweet toffee. The finish is balanced, smooth, and long-lasting.
