Bimber Apogee Pure Malt Whisky is a blended Scotch whisky created by the talented blending team at Bimber Distillery in London. This whisky is a combination of single malt and grain whiskies sourced from Scotland’s Speyside and Highland regions. The master blender sources liquid from over a dozen different casks to create this special blended Scotch. Before aging for a minimum of fifteen years, each barrel is carefully inspected to ensure the taste is up to the Bimber standard. After aging, the Scotch is hand-selected and blended to ensure a consistent flavor from one batch to the next. The result is a complex whisky that is rich and full-bodied with a sweetness and a subtle peat smoke. The nose is delicate and floral with aromas of ripe fruit, creamy nuts, and wafer biscuits. The palate is smooth and creamy with flavors of oak and spice and a long, sweet finish.
