Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin is a premium gin produced in England. The gin is produced at the historic Laverstoke Mill Distillery and is known for its distinct light blue hue and extremely smooth taste. Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin is made with 10 different botanicals which are derived from around the world. These include almond, lemon peel, licorice, angelica, juniper, coriander, cassia, cubeb, orrisroot, and grains of paradise. The gin is distilled in tiny copper pot stills and then infused with the aforementioned botanicals before it is vapor distilled, which results in a unique smoothness unlike any other gin. Bottled at a strength of 41.24%, the gin comes as a premium spirit that is extremely smooth and has a mild flavor. The profile of the gin is characterized by strong citrus notes of lemon and lime combined with a light floral aroma and subtle juniper and spice notes. The finish is smooth and clean, with lingering citrus notes that leave behind a light and pleasant taste.
