Brotte La Fiole Cotes du Rhone Villages is a French red wine produced by Brotte winery. It is a blend of Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Syrah grapes, grown on the slopes of the hills of the Cotes du Rhone region in the southern Rhone Valley. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully picked before being vinified in stainless steel tanks with frequent pumping-over and gentle maceration to bring out the elegant fruit flavors and spice aromas. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for twelve months, giving it a subtle complexity and structure. This red wine has a deep ruby color with violet hues. Its aromas include red berries, herbs and a hint of black pepper. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with intense flavors of ripe red and black fruits, black tea, and licorice. Its tannins are velvety and its finish is lengthy and spicy.
