Caorunn Gin

Caorunn Gin is a small batch craft gin distilled in the historic Balmenach Distillery in Speyside, Scotland. It is made with five locally foraged botanicals that are steeped with classic gin botanicals in a traditional copper pot still which gives it its unique taste. The five hand harvested botanicals are bog myrtle, Coul Blush apple, dandelion leaf, heather and rowan berry and together they create an aromatic and distinctive taste. Caorunn has a strong juniper taste that is balanced by a light fruitiness and subtle floral notes. On the finish, it has a spicy edge that is enhanced by pepper and notes of sweet citrus. Caorunn Gin is a great option for a classic gin and tonic or enjoyed neat over a few ice cubes.
