Ceili’s Signature Cream Spirit is an Irish whiskey-based liqueur that is made in County Mayo, Ireland. The liqueur is crafted from Irish single malt whiskey, natural dairy cream, and flavors of almond, honey, and hazelnut. The whiskey used in Ceili’s Signature Cream Spirit is aged for a minimum of 3 years in ex-Bourbon barrels, and has been bottled in traditional Irish whiskey bottles. The creamy flavor is reminiscent of an Irish coffee, with warm tones of almond and honey completing the taste.
