Chairman's Reserve Legacy is an exclusive and limited-edition rum that was created by the St Lucia Distillers Group of Companies. It is a blend of traditional and modern rums distilled from sugar cane grown in the fields of Saint Lucia, specifically for this special release. The rum is aged up to 15 years in St Lucia Distillers’ ex-bourbon oak barrels, after which it is bottled at 46% ABV. The Chairman's Reserve Legacy is a blend of both pot and column still rums, resulting in a full-bodied, yet smooth flavor. On the nose, it has aromas of fruit, oak, spice, and caramel. These aromas lead to flavors of ripe plum, baking spices, and vanilla. The finish is slightly dry and oaky, with a pleasant caramel sweetness lingering in the aftertaste.
