Compagnie des Indes Tricorne White Rum is a Caribbean blend of three white rums from Haiti, Guyana and Jamaica. This rum is aged for a minimum of 2 years in ex-bourbon oak casks, and it packs a flavor punch with a sweet aroma of vanilla and spice on the nose and notes of caramel, brown sugar and toasted oak on the palate. The French-inspired Rum is created from 45% heavy-bodied Haitian rum, 25% fruity Guyana rum and 30% flavorful Jamaican rum. The blend provides a perfectly balanced Rum with a complexity rarely found in white rums. On the nose, it has a rich and sweet scent of vanilla and spices, which give way to a palate of caramel, brown sugar and toasted oak. Compagnie des Indes Tricorne White Rum has a soft finish with a hint of vanilla and spice. This rum is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks, as its full-bodied and complex flavor profile is more than suited to enjoy it solo. It also works nicely in a variety of cocktails, where its complexity and flavor notes can be highlighted.
