Courvoisier V.S (Very Special) is a classic cognac produced by Courvoisier, one of the world's oldest cognac houses. It is made from a blend of cognacs from four crushed vineyards in the Grande Champagne region of France and aged in oak barrels for at least four years. The result is a complex and well-rounded spirit that is renowned worldwide for its robust flavor and smooth finish. Courvoisier V.S is amber-brown in color with a delicate bouquet of spices, dried fruits, and nuts. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured with notes of cherry, vanilla, plums, and hazelnuts. It has an intense finish and excellent length. Courvoisier V.S is an elegant cognac that makes an excellent digestif or cocktail ingredient. It is often used in the classic Sidecar and makes a wonderful accompaniment to cigars and dark chocolate desserts. It is also an excellent choice for sipping straight, either neat or over ice.
