Diaoyutai State Guest Liquor is a premium Chinese rice-based beverage from the Diaoyutai State Guest house in Beijing, China. The Diaoyutai State Guest house was originally built as the residence of the Emperor of China in the Qing dynasty (1644-1911). The liquor is highly sought after for use as a gifting item or for celebratory events such as wedding ceremonies. Diaoyutai State Guest Liquor is brewed in accordance with the traditional methods of rice-based liquor production. The high-quality rice is mixed with top-grade yeast, water, and salt to create a unique and high-quality base spirit. The base spirit is then aged in traditional Chinese clay pots over a period of at least six months, and in some cases over a year. This aging process helps to develop the flavor and character of the liquor, resulting in a smooth and mellow taste with a hint of fragrant sweetness.
