The rum is an incredible blend of seven-years-aged spirits and made in Negros Occidental, in the sunny Visayas Islands. Don Papa Rum is carefully crafted on the Southern coast of the Philippines has only the finest purest ingredients. Made from some of the sweetest and most flavourful sugar cane in the world, Don Papa Rum boasts a silky smooth taste with a light woody finish. The distillery which produces the rum is fully sustainable and operates under Fairtrace, a certification which certifies fair economic, environmental, and social standards of production. Don Papa Rum is aged using traditional solera method and three distinct aging stages, in ex-Bourbon oak barrels, giving the rum its unique, sweet, and complex flavour. The rum can be enjoyed neat, over ice, or used to create delicious tropical cocktails.
