Dr. Zenzen Noblesse Vino Noire is a unique, full-bodied red wine from the southern reaches of France. Handcrafted in small batches by master winemaker Dr. Zenzen Noblesse, this wine is a blend of traditional grape varietals like Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. The unique aspect of Dr. Zenzen Noblesse Vino Noire is the use of the micro-oxygenation of the wine, which is a process where oxygen is added during the fermentation process. This process gives the wine a unique taste that is more intense than your traditional red wine. The intense flavor of Vino Noire is underpinned by a beautiful, smooth structure. On the nose, there are aromas of blackcurrant, plum and blackberry, supported by notes of espresso and licorice. As the wine is tasted, the notes of dark fruits become more intense, with a hint of sweet spices like cloves and anise. The powerful tannins give the wine a long finish, as well as great aging potential.
