Eau Claire Cherry Gin

Eau Claire Distillery's Cherry Gin is among the first of its kind in Canada. It is the only gin to be made with real cherries and is crafted in small batches in Alberta's beautiful rolling foothills in Turner Valley. The juniper-laden flavour of gin finds a balance in tart cherry and intriguing aromatics like cardamom, allspice, and rosehip, for a subtle and complex gin that is perfect for cocktails. The gin's namesake, Eau Claire, is derived from the French words for “clear water”, and the distillery strives to live up to that namesake by utilizing local ingredients. The cherries in this gin come from the world-renowned orchards of the Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia. The distillery also strives to use as many sustainable, organic practices as possible. From the organic farmlands of Alberta, to the unrefined sugar-sourced from beets in Saskatchewan, the distillery is devoted to creating a product with only the highest quality local ingredients in every bottle.
