First Crush White IPA is an award-winning beer made by Uinta Brewing Co. of Salt Lake City, Utah. It is created in the spirit of the traditional Belgian-style white, or witbier. It has a creamy white head and a composition of wheat, barley, oats, and apple juice fermented with a hint of coriander and orange peel added for depth and flavor. This fruity and refreshing beer has notes of candied orange, pineapple, and tangerine. The smooth malt body contributes to its light, sweet taste with hints of citrus fruits, spices, and bubble gum. This is a great sessionable beer that appeals to a wide range of palates. First Crush White IPA pours a light golden yellow color with medium carbonation and a fluffy white head.
