First Editions Glen Keith

First Editions Glen Keith distillery is a malt whisky distillery situated in Keith, Banffshire, Scotland. First established in 1957, the distillery was originally a joint venture of two companies, J. & G. Stein and Invergordon Distillers. The distillery was designed to produce an unpeated malt whisky, which is described as light, slightly grassy, and floral with a hint of smoke on the finish. The distillery produces a range of different single malt whiskies ranging from seven to twenty-five years old, as well as a range of blended whiskies. The distillery produces a small, annual release which is exclusive to the distillery's own First Editions range. These whiskies are bottled un-chill filtered and with minimal use of caramel colouring, giving a more natural and rounded taste and allowing more of the underlying character of the whisky to shine through. First Editions Glen Keith is known for its smooth and light notes and is a popular choice amongst whisky drinkers. It is available to buy in many parts of the world, as well as from the distillery itself, and can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as part of a cocktail.
