Fundador Light

Fundador Light is a light and easy-drinking brandy produced by leading Spanish brandy producer, Bodegas Fundador. Launched in 2012 to cater to consumers looking for something lighter in spirit, Fundador Light is a blend of sweet and dry brandy, with a light flavor and smooth finish. It contains no added sugars and, due to its unique cold-filtration process, has a clean and crisp aromatic profile. Its production process occurs in both Jerez de la Frontera and El Puerto de Santa María, the heart of Spain's sherry and brandy production. Fundador Light is made from both Spanish and European grape varieties, including Palomino, Alarije and Tintilla. These grapes are macerated and distilled in a traditional way before being blended with later distillates of the same grape varieties to create an ultra-mild spirit. Fundador Light is typically enjoyed as a sipper or as a mixer. Its sweet and mellow taste makes it a great match for vermouth-based drinks such as the classic Manhattan, and it also pairs well with tonic water, juices and other mixers.
