Gin Mare is a Spanish gin crafted with four unique Mediterranean ingredients: olives, oranges, basil and thyme. This gin is smooth, balanced and incredibly complex, with herbal and citrus flavors that strike the perfect harmony. Gin Mare is distilled using traditional copper stills and uses a method called “battonage”, or the stirring of the botanicals in the copper still with a paddle.
