The whisky is crafted with pure Scottish ground barley, creating a mellow and smoky flavor. The process begins with the maturation of the whisky in two distinct casks, which gives the whisky its two-toned personality. The first cask, called the sherry cask, adds a rich, sweet, and soft flavor to the whisky. The whisky then matures for a second time in an American oak cask, adding a strong oak flavor and tannins.
