GlenGoyne's Legacy Chapter 3 Scotch is a single malt whisky produced using traditional distilling techniques and aged in sherry seasoned casks. This smooth single malt whisky has been aged for at least twelve years and has a delicate bouquet of honey, toffee and vanilla. On the palate, its rich, full-bodied flavors of ripe stone fruit, sweet toffee, and a hint of sherry will coat the tongue. The finish is long and lingering, with subtle notes of dried fruits and spices. The series is dedicated to the memory of Robert and William Hughes, the distillers of GlenGoyne’s original whisky recipes in the early 19th century, and the successor to the namesake legacy of the distillery’s founders, William and Alexander Goyne.
