Henry Pelham Bacó Noir VQA is a Canadian winemaker producing a range of full-bodied red and white wines. Established in 1988 by winemaker Henry Pelham, the winery was located in the Niagara-on-the-Lake region of Ontario. The winery is best known for its flagship variety, the Bacó Noir, a full-bodied red blend that has become a benchmark of the Niagara-on-the-Lake area. Henry Pelham has crafted a high-quality selection of wines that include Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Port, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. The winery has won numerous awards, including three consecutive “Estate Wine Awards” for their Bacó Noir, Baco Noir Reserve, and Bacó Blanc. The high-quality selection of wines combined with the winery’s small-batch production has made their wine highly sought after and is often reserved for special occasions. In recent years, Henry Pelham has partnered with select growers and partnered with select restaurants to bring their wines to even more consumers.
