Hepburn's Choice Auchroisk

Hepburn's Choice Auchroisk is a rare single malt Scotch whisky hailing from Speyside. This whisky is produced by the Hepburns Choice distillery, and it is considered to be a great representation of the area's typical distillery character. The distillers behind Hepburn's Choice Auchroisk note the light, fruity, and delicate character of the whisky, a result of its unique production process. Traditionally, the whisky is made from malt that has been carefully dried in the Auchroisk's own kilns. After being distilled in copper stills, the whisky is then matured for a minimum of 10 years in sherry casks sourced from Spain, providing a rich, complex flavor profile. Hepburn’s Choice Auchroisk whisky has a bright golden color. On the nose, it offers up delicious aromas of honey, caramel, butterscotch, toffee, and even a touch of smoke.
