Hibiki Harmony Japanese Whisky is a unique blend of whiskies from the house of Suntory. This excellent blend has a unique flavour which has been created by world renowned blender Shingo Torii. The whisky was first released in the year 2017 and has quickly become a go-to whisky for connoisseurs and aficionados. The blend is comprised of single malts from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, along with grain whiskies from the Chita Distillery. Each whisky is aged in different types of oak casks, and each distillery uses its own particular range of cask types, giving the blend its unique flavour. The marriage of different casks comes together to create a mystical flavour that harmonizes perfectly. Hibiki Harmony has a characterful bouquet of flavours, with a mellow sweetness and a hint of faint spice. On the palate, a sweet richness precedes a smoky finish. Texture-wise, it is light and creamy with a tinge of nutty dryness.
