La Venenosa is the first brand out of the famous Casa Endemica house of agave spirits, as well as the first brand to export raicilla to the world. the brand looks to showcase the regional styles of raicilla production, from the coast to the mountains, and hand selects a single producer that is most examplory of that regions history, terroir and production methods.
The Tabernas project is a more recent offering from La Venenosa, where they identify a producer with outstanding product, but for one reason or another, is looking to sell their product at favourable pricing. Casa Endemica then passes these terms onto end consumers, leading to the most affordable raicilla offering in the global market, and one that is able to be enjoyed in a number of different ways, from on its own to cocktails. The third edition of the Tabernas project features agave maxamiliana produced in the heart of Mascota region, by the highly respected Benito Salcedo.
