LAPHROAIG 30 IAN HUNTER REPACK is a limited edition whisky release from the Laphroaig distillery to celebrate Ian Hunter, the last member of the founding Johnston family to own and manage Laphroaig.

This whisky is a repackage of the original Laphroaig 30, which was released in 2002 to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the distillery. The repackage pays tribute to Ian Hunter, who was the distillery manager from 1908 to 1944 and is credited with shaping Laphroaig into the world-renowned single malt it is today.

The LAPHROAIG 30 IAN HUNTER REPACK is an exquisite expression of Laphroaig's signature peated style. It is matured in American oak casks for a minimum of 30 years, which gives it a rich and complex flavor profile.

On the nose, this whisky offers notes of peat smoke, dried fruits, vanilla, and oak wood. On the palate, there is an explosion of flavors, including smoky bacon, dark chocolate, sea salt, and hints of citrus fruits. The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of smoke and spice.
