May Day Strawberry+rhubarb Sour

Ingredients:
- 2 ounces strawberry-infused vodka
- 1 ounce rhubarb syrup
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- Dash of bitters (optional)

Instructions:
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the strawberry-infused vodka, rhubarb syrup, lemon juice, and egg white.
2. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds to ensure the egg white is well mixed.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again for another 30 seconds.
4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
5. If desired, add a dash of bitters on top for extra flavor.
6. Garnish with a strawberry or rhubarb slice, if desired.
