Ingredients:

- 1 ounce rhubarb syrup
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- Dash of bitters (optional)
Instructions:

2. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds to ensure the egg white is well mixed.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again for another 30 seconds.
4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
