Owned by Esteban Morales, one of the country's premier experts on agave spirits, with a true curiosity and dedication to the traditions of agave spirits. With the vast majority of mezcal productions taking place in Oaxaca, this is a stunning example of an Espadin and Tobala ensemble, that balances smoke and natural sweetness in a very refined way. To gain even more control on the final flavour-profile, the mezcalero uniquely works with the two agave varietals separately, and then blends them after distillation, resulting in a highly focused and pointed expression of Oaxaca mezcal.
